Granite Drug Center opened its doors in 1971, founded by Larry Huffman, RPh, with one mission: to provide fast, friendly, and reliable pharmacy care to the people of Granite Falls. Long before big box chains arrived, Larry believed a pharmacy should feel personal, where customers are remembered, not rushed.
Over the decades, Granite Drug Center grew with the town, prescriptions turned into lasting relationships, and the shelves expanded to include daily essentials and thoughtful gifts, turning the store into a unique local destination. And through it all, the heart of the business remained the same: honest service, small-town values, and putting people first.
Now nearly 50 years strong, we’re still independently owned, still proudly local, and still here for the families who’ve counted on us for generations.
